I pass my IPPT...
Phew.. managed to pass my IPPT for this year again. Ran like mad for the 2.4km on treadmill. Thought tat it would be easier to pass on treadmill but realized tat it was far from it. Almost felt like dying during the last 4 mins of the run. Was thinkin of my wifey & dunno why I suddenly got the 'power' to push on & complete the run.. hehe. After the IPPT, really felt very hungry & gobbled up a bowl of Katsu Don & a nice cold bowl of ice mango longans. Well.. u can say tat its a small reward for passing the test. Looks like I can relaz for the next few months till my IPPT window opens again after my bday.. haha!!

Congrats that u made it once again, dear... I had been praying hard on the day you took ur test. Always feel so hard pain to see u training so hard for your IPPT. I was worried whether your body system can take it or not when you started to fall sick a few days before your test. Luckily everything went smoothly... Cheers!
come on lah...juz a 2.4km made u became like tat...damn weak leh...buai chiong lah...
