$Bonus$
Juz got my bonus payslip thro email today. Glad that after all the mistakes & blunders I made in my work last yr, I still manage to get something decent. Most of e bonus will help to cover my Taipei trip & not much will be left. Without e bonus, it would have been difficult to go on a trip abroad. Really have to thank my bosses for not blaming me.. haha. Looks like I have to work doubly hard from now onwards...
Taipei here I come
Finally book our Taipei trip at Natas Travel Fair today. Had to wait till the very last min b4 we can find a suitable free & easy package. It was really not easy to walk around e travel fair & comparing the different packages on offer. The crowd was huge & many booths were fiiled wif ppl making enquiries. Looks like S'poreans are really hard-cored travellers..Haha!! It's 2 wks more to our trip & I can't wait. Really need a break from work & go enjoy ourselves silly. Looks like I have to start planning e itinery as well as packing my bag liao.
Technology...
Finally got my webcam & mic from Sim Lim Sq. Downloaded the skype software & now its free phone calls everyday!! So happy... Its amazing how technology is helping us to save $$. Now a call to XY in Oz is free & the voice quality is so clear. My mum cant believe u can actually get free overseas call & keep asking mi how is e phone bill!! Haha... Wif the webcam i can also see my lovely Rain every nite... Ahh.. so gd to be able to chat wif her & see wad she is doing at home. Technology is such a blessing...
Jelly days...
Had a taste of Rain's dessert making skills today. Gobbled up 6 jellies made by her. Not bad considering its her 1st attempt. Was really touched that she made the effort to wake up early to prepare them. Darling, I have this to say - keep up the gd work & pls make e jelly more bouncy next time hor! Keke.. I will wait for ur next surprise!
